Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy outlines the rules and regulations for the use of The VA Bae in Australia.
The VA Bae strives to deliver the highest quality products and services for our clients. If at any time you are not satisfied with our Products or Services, you may ask for a refund. In the event you qualify for a refund and we accept your refund request, we will provide a refund within 30 days from the date of payment. Refunds will be paid to your nominated Bank Account.
In case you wish to cancel your order placed with The VA Bae, you may do so within 24 hrs of payment confirmation. We may offer refunds at our discretion, however we reserve the right to charge Administrative Fees and Tax in relation to your order. These Administrative fees will be charged at an hourly rate, and will be deducted from the full refund amount.
No refund will be given if:
1. You have already approved the design mock-up. This condition will not apply if we are unable to complete the project as per the project's specifications.
2. Project delays are caused by lack of communication or time delays from your end.
3. You are not able to provide the required information in the required format for the social media content such as Text Copy or Photos, at least two weeks prior to the scheduled start date.
4. We receive illegal or copyrighted content provided for use in your social media content.
